Browse the kit library, add items to your basket, pick your dates, and submit a request. We review every request before approving so we can make sure everything's ready for you.

Can I edit my booking after submitting?

While the booking is still in Requested, message us in the rental thread. After it's approved or paid, we'll handle changes for you to keep dates and inventory in sync.

Can I pick a specific time?

Yes — once approved you can set a pickup window. Outside 09:00–17:00, a small outside-hours fee applies and needs admin approval.

A government-issued photo ID. We'll verify it before your first rental.

No — Gumbudii does not take security deposits. We hold a replacement value on file in case of loss or damage but we don't pre-authorise it.

When do you issue a damage charge?

Only after a return inspection that finds damage, missing items, or cleaning beyond normal use. You'll see photos and notes.
